Lumbar Traction Brace with Rigid Panels & Step-Down Support

The Expander Max LSO is the first patented spinal-air decompression brace LSO with anterior and posterior rigid panels. With a unique air pocket expansion system that provides effective sagittal-coronal control, the Expander is the most versatile back brace of its kind. The posterior panel extends from sacrococcygeal junction to T-9 vertebra and wraps around the torso to provide lateral strength and support. When inflated, the Expander provides traction between the inferior of the rib cage and the superior part of the trochanter.
