Do I need a prescription for Durable Medical Equipment (DME)?

Products that are covered by your insurance will require a prescription.

Do you carry replacement supplies for electrotherapy devices?

We carry replacement electrodes, lead wires and batteries for our proprietary Multi-Mode Stimulator that is made in the USA, TENS and other electrotherapy units.  Please call (866) 712-0881 to confirm insurance coverage or get self-pay prices.

How do I know my brace will fit me correctly?

We offer options to have your brace fit at your physician’s office or in our office by trained orthotic fitters.

Do you offer product warranties?

Warranties vary by product. Most products have a 1 year warranty period that covers defects in materials or workmanship. Please call Customer Service at (866) 712-0881 for more information.

Do you accept my insurance?

What if I do not have insurance coverage?

We offer self-pay prices on our products.  A physician’s prescription may be required if you intend to self-pay for your device.

Yes. We are a BOC accredited facility and Medicare certified.
